What a cost sheet is asking you to pay

The headline price is a starting price. The sheet usually moves with floor, facing, and the taxes that sit outside the base.

This site does not print inclusions or a price per square foot unless those lines are on file. Where they are missing, the page leaves them out rather than guessing.

Stamp duty, registration and GST are illustrated on the calculators page, with the schedule named beside each rate. They are not added quietly into the starting price.
