Privacy policy
Revantage Real Estate Consultants LLP (“Revantage”, “we”) advises buyers on new launches and books site visits. This page says what we collect when you use revantageconsultant.com, and why.

What the form collects
Name, mobile number (with country code), email if you give one, the project you asked about, a preferred visit time, and your consent to be contacted. We also store, on the first page you open, the landing address, the referring site, and any campaign parameters present then: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid and fbclid. Later pages do not overwrite that first touch. If advertising tags are enabled, we may also read the Meta browser cookies those tags set.
Why
To call you, confirm a site visit, and keep a record of the enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by the checkbox, and the work of answering the request you made. We handle enquiry data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Where it goes
When our customer system is connected, the enquiry is sent to Sell.Do, the CRM we use to assign and follow up visits. We do not sell your details. We do not publish a developer’s phone number or website, and we do not hand your number to a developer’s call centre as a substitute for our own follow-up.
Advertising measurement
If the relevant identifiers are configured, the site loads Google Analytics 4, a Google Ads tag, and a Meta Pixel. A completed enquiry can send a Lead event to Meta in the browser and, from our server, a matching Lead event to Meta’s Conversions API. Both use the same event id so Meta can count it once. A Google Ads conversion can be sent the same way. These tags are omitted entirely when the identifiers are not set. Calling or messaging us on WhatsApp also shares your number with those services under their own terms.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are arranging your visit or a booking that follows from it, and for as long as the law asks us to keep a record after that. You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry by calling +91 81499 29579 or by writing to us at the office.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask for a summary of the enquiry data we hold, a correction, or erasure, and you can withdraw consent. Use the deletion request on the account page, call +91 81499 29579, or write to the grievance officer. We will not charge you for a request. If you are unhappy with the reply, you can go to the Data Protection Board of India once that route is open for the complaint.

Cookies and storage
The first-touch record is kept in local storage on your device so a later enquiry still carries the campaign that brought you here. Optional analytics and advertising tags load only after you accept them on the cookie bar. Rejecting them leaves the form, the search and the pages working. Favourites and saved searches, if you use them, stay on this device until you delete them.
