How to read a RERA number

A RERA number is the project’s registration with the state authority. It is not a quality score, and it is not a promise that the building will finish on the brochure date.

On a Hyderabad project, the number starts with the TG RERA format printed on this site. Open rera.telangana.gov.in and search that number yourself. Karnataka numbers are checked on the Karnataka RERA portal. Revantage’s own agent numbers are in the footer. They are not the project registration.

If the number on a cost sheet and the number on this page disagree, stop and call us before you pay a token.
